光伏支架的安装与维护

安装:按照设计要求进行正确的安装,确保所有螺栓、焊缝连接牢固,保证光伏方阵整体不出现变形、错位、松动等现象;在与使用金属边框的光伏组件连接时,注意边框和光伏支架的结合良好,两者之间接触电阻不大于4Ω,边框必须牢固接地。

维护:日常加强对光伏电站的全面检查,对松动、损坏的零部件进行维护和更换,关注光伏支架表面的防腐涂层完整情况,及时进行补刷;关注天气变化,在强降水来临前增设临时排水设施,对接地系统进行检查,在恶劣天气前后排查整体情况。
